Description

Hiring an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a 12-month contract.

Responsabilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor office operations and procedures, act as the resource person within the team ;
- Work on a variety of projects until completion ;
- Maintain office supply inventory and orders ;
- Welcoming and directing visitors, taking incoming calls ;
- Assist the Executive Team with managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, submitting expenses reports and a variety of other administrative tasks ;
- Be the primary point of contact for the corporate credit card ;
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- Bilingual in English and French – written and oral ;
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role ;
- Proactive and flexible ;
- Demonstrate ability to maintain a high level confidentiality ;
- Excellent organizational skills ;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
