- Develop and deploy a market development strategy;

- Degree in Business Administration, Career Development or Headhunting;
- 2 years minimum of experience in a business dev, hunting / recruiting firm;
- Bilingualism (French - English) - obligation;
- Sense of organization, rigor;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, taking initiatives;
- Good team player;
- Dynamic and proactive personality, oriented towards results;
- Ability to take action quickly.
