Hiring a  Human Resources Manager, for a dynamic organization.

Responsabilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee a team of HR support for stores, distribution and corporate;
- Lead initiatives in recruitment and selection, talent management, onboarding, and training and development;
- Work on employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong corporate culture;
- Be involved in policy and procedure implementation, strategic planning, and work on various special projects;
- Provide coaching and guidance to teams for everything HR-related.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent diploma;
- Professional designation (CRHA), an asset;
- 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years of experience in managing teams;
- Bilingual, in English and French;
- Experience in the retail sector;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and intermediate proficiency in Excel.
