Description
We are looking a Senior Technical Recruiter for our client, a technology company based in Montreal.
Permanent position, full time.
Responsabilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, and complete full cycle recruitment ;
- Act as a talent ambassador and ensure a positive recruitment experience for all clients, through social media channels, recruiting activities, networking, etc. ;
- Build efficient recruiting processes for all departments ;
- Organize and attend recruitment and networking events in the city ;
- Develop and update job descriptions and post jobs ;
- Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews ;
- Develop and build a pool of candidates in advance of need
- Educate and coach hiring managers on interview techniques and best practice ;
- Identify potential talent through clever and creative methods ;
- Support onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management ;
- 3 year minimum experience in a technical recruiting role with high volume recruitment ;
- Proven experience as a talent hunter.

- Able to build and maintain strong professional relationships ;
- Strategic thinker, able to apply creative solutions ;
- Great negotiator and assertive ;
- Independent, self-starter with excellent judgement ;
- Strong communications skills in both English and French.
